No one knows how to use a computer

You sometimes hear (tech) people complaining that other people don't know how to use a computer. I want to make the argument, that almost no one knows how to use a computer. We all just know how to use specific programs. These might be a browser for most people, for some it is the compiler of a programming language, for others their favourite Linux distribution.
